Affiliate Disclosure

HostileCustoms.co.nz is a free resource for New Zealand players looking for the best betting sites. To keep our content free and regularly updated, we may earn a commission when you click on certain links and sign up or make a deposit with a casino or betting site featured on this website. These are known as affiliate links.

This affiliate compensation does not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Every review and rating on HostileCustoms.co.nz is based on our independent research, testing, and analysis. We only recommend sites that we genuinely believe offer value to New Zealand players.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on this website are typically displayed as buttons, text links, or banners that direct you to a betting site. While we do not use a uniform visual marker on every individual link, any page or review that may earn us a commission will include a clear notice like “Affiliate link” or a disclosure statement such as “We may earn a commission if you sign up through this link.” Sponsored placements, where a operator pays for enhanced visibility, are always labelled as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”.

Compliance

We aim to comply with New Zealand advertising and consumer protection laws, including the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Advertising Codes and the Gambling Act 2003. Our affiliate relationships are managed in a way that prioritises honesty, transparency, and fair dealing with our readers.

Reader Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk and can be addictive. It is your responsibility to ensure that any betting site you use is legal in your jurisdiction, that you meet the minimum age requirement (18+ in New Zealand), and that you gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know needs help, contact the Gambling Helpline New Zealand on 0800 654 655 or visit gamblinghelpline.co.nz.
